What is Vision Insurance?

A health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eyewear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible full-time and 49% employees (as described on eligibility page of the employee benefits guide), spouse and children* (up to age 26)
Coverage through EyeMed
Claims must be submitted within 90 days of service
